How do I Pay?
You may pay online by credit or debit card, or using paypal funds
You may also order and pay by phone by calling 01747 898010 between 9.30am and 5pm mon to fri.  We accept all major credit / debit cards.
How will my item be sent?
Normally items are sent via Royal Mail, 'Tracked' delivery or 'Special Delivery' for United Kingdom and international signed for, for all other areas. In all cases a signature is required, so please ensure you let us know if you have any delivery requirements, e.g. deliver to a work address*. Items are sent out same day if paid for by 3.30pm.  For more detailed information, see our 'Delivery' section on the home page.  We do not despatch items on Saturday or Sunday.
How can I check the status of my delivery?
To view the status of your delivery, log into your account using the email and password you gave when registering with us.  If you have further queries, please email [email protected] and we will check status and email you back.

What is the policy for returning or exchanging an item?
